Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mpp777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and mpp777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.

Clause 3

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mpp777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mpp777 operates a strict minimum age policy. Persons under 21 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of mpp777 or any of its associated companies, studios, or technology providers. Immediate family members of such individuals are similarly ineligible.
• You must not have previously had an Account on mpp777 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for cause including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or collusion.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

mpp777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by our support team may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Clause 4

Account Registration

Each eligible person may register one Account only on the mpp777 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mpp777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Log out of your Account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on the Platform.

mpp777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide a reason.

Clause 5

Identity Verification (KYC)

mpp777 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be required:

• Upon first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed Rp 10.000.000 within a 30-day period;
• When our fraud detection systems flag unusual account activity;
• At any time when we deem it necessary in the interest of platform integrity.

Documents typically requested during the KYC process include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name matches the bank account or e-wallet used).

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. mpp777 will not share your documentation with unauthorized third parties. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC. mpp777 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Clause 6

Deposits

mpp777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon — minimum deposit Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 20.000 per transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder's name does not match the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposit detected will be returned to the originating payment source (less any applicable bank transfer fees) and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

mpp777 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your individual bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees which are outside our control. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. mpp777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

Clause 7

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of funds from their Account Balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple transactions subject to verification.
• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless our support team has approved an alternative method in writing.
• The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the name on the registered mpp777 Account. Withdrawals to accounts in different names will be rejected.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• mpp777 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 6 hours under normal operating conditions. Actual processing times depend on the payment method selected and the time of the request relative to WIB banking hours.

mpp777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, mpp777 will notify the Player by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

mpp777 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own outgoing transfer fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

Clause 8

Bonuses & Promotions

mpp777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a standard 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount credited, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses expire 30 calendar days after being credited to the Account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• mpp777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer baccarat, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirement completion. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Free bets awarded as bonuses carry a maximum win cap of Rp 5.000.000 per qualifying free bet unless the specific promotion terms state a higher cap.

Clause 9

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mpp777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the Platform (e.g., the cash-out feature where available).
• mpp777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• For sports betting markets including bandar bola (football bookmaking) and mix parlay accumulator bets, mpp777's settlement decisions are based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, AFF for Piala AFF). In the event of a dispute, mpp777's decision is final.
• For togel draw markets (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Mark Six, Sydney Pools, and others), results are taken from the officially announced draw results of the relevant lottery operator. mpp777 is not affiliated with any lottery operator.
• Live in-play bets may be subject to a delay before acceptance during which time the odds may change. mpp777 is not liable for any price movement occurring during this acceptance window.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply across all product categories. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip or game page.

Clause 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpp777 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other competitive table games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner without prior written approval from mpp777.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or underlying systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpp777 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Clause 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the mpp777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, icons, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of mpp777 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express prior written authorization from mpp777.

Clause 12

Privacy & Data

mpp777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mpp777 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we apply robust security controls, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent limitation.

Clause 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpp777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if mpp777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside mpp777's reasonable control;
• Any loss caused by unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any errors in data feeds, odds, or game outcomes resulting from third-party data providers or game studios.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mpp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mpp777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 14

Account Suspension & Termination

mpp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order;
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the Account;
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, mpp777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account Balance. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC.

Clause 15

Amendments

mpp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mpp777 will provide notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflect the most current version of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Clause 16

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally.

mpp777 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to globally accepted standards for fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming. mpp777 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or regulated by any Indonesian government body, and makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction within Indonesia. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between mpp777 and a Player that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other formal dispute resolution mechanism.
